FREE Shipping within the U.S. and Canada*

Wristbands-Depot is pleased to provide professional ground shipping services FREE of charge to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion.

Wristbands-Depot can deliver to most locations in the United States and Canada; however, due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

For Canadian customers: Unlike many other wristband suppliers, we ship across Canada. You never need to worry about duty or customs entry prep charges, which could otherwise amount to hundreds of dollars, depending on your order size.

Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. Most items are shipped via UPS Standard, but Wristbands-Depot does also ship via FedEx, Purolator, USPS and Canada Post.

Wristbands-Depot ships orders using its own carrier accounts. If you prefer to have your shipment billed to your own carrier shipping account, please provide us with your carrier name and account number when ordering. Please note that customers using their own accounts for shipping are not eligible for free shipping.

Wristbands-Depot is not responsible for any loss or damage to your goods while in transit and you will be responsible for the full amount of your purchase. In addition, Wristbands-Depot cannot be held responsible for delays incurred while your products are in the possession of your selected carrier.

Split Shipments
Our free ground shipping service applies to one location per order. Should you require split shipments (ie. if you would like your order to be sent to more than one location), please advise us so at the time of order and we will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.

Delivery Times
Both production time and shipping time must be taken into account in estimating how long it will take to receive an order. As expected, the faster an order is needed, the more costly production (and especially shipping) can get. The more lead time provided for receiving items, the better!

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise
All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier. 

International Shipping
In addition to within the United States and Canada, we can ship custom wristbands to locations around the world. Please contact us if this applies to you.
